Celebrating International Women's Day

As the world gears up to celebrate International Women's Day, I am reflecting on the remarkable women who have graced my life with their acts of kindness. As a flower farmer, I've been fortunate to encounter countless inspiring individuals who have left an indelible mark on my journey.

Amidst the daily hustle, it's all too easy to overlook the significance of International Women's Day, so I'm taking a moment to honor a sliver of the women who have quietly uplifted me with their unwavering support and encouragement and that may also inspire you.

Her down-to-earth demeanor and genuine connection left an enduring impression, reminding me of the importance of fostering genuine connections within our community. If you are looking for the real deal, check out Jennie's Floral Cohorts which is open for enrollment now.

Amidst the breathtaking landscapes, I met incredible women like (left to right) Allison of Flower Child Farm, Heather of Boreal Blooms, Lou of Unicorn Blooms a Canadian wholesaler, and Jill of Fruition Flowers, each embodying the spirit of resilience and courage as they balanced caretaking responsibilities with their pursuit of personal growth and empowerment.

rootedflowersweddingThe most unexpected source of inspiration lies within—the younger version of myself, brimming with passion and determination. In moments of doubt, I revisit her spirit, reminding myself of the resilience and strength that reside within.

As I look back, I'm reminded that greatness knows no gender or background. International Women's Day serves as a poignant reminder to appreciate and uplift one another, celebrating the achievements and contributions of women from all walks of life.

So here's to the remarkable women who have touched our lives with their kindness, resilience, and unwavering spirit. May we continue to lift each other up, nurturing a world where every woman is empowered to bloom and thrive. Cheers to International Women's Day!
