Refund policy

All sales are final. Once an order is submitted, Rooted Flowers cannot change, modify or combine an order or change a method of payment.

All of the bulbs, corms and tubers we offer in our shop are of the highest quality and are tested and grown by us frequently to ensure excellent quality. All packages should be opened immediately and evaluated. If you feel there is an issue, contact us immediately, we cannot rule out improper storage if you have held on to them. For best results, please read our blog for growing information. Rooted Flowers is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from crop failure.

Important Notice for Plant Collections:

  1. No Returns or Refunds: Please be aware that all sales are absolutely final. Once your order is placed, we cannot offer any refunds or credits under any circumstances.

  2. Pick-Up Reminder: If you choose the pick-up option, it's crucial to set a reminder on your phone. We're committed to providing you with the freshest plants, and to achieve this, we start growing your trays immediately upon order placement. Therefore, please ensure timely pick-up to maintain the quality of your plants.

  3. Emergency Pick-Up Plan: In case of an unforeseen emergency, we strongly recommend having a backup person available to pick up your plants. Our greenhouse operates efficiently, and any delay in pick-up may affect the health and quality of your custom-grown trays.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Important Notice for Workshops

All workshop sales are final, and no refunds or credits are offered for any reason. However, workshop registrations are transferrable to another adult.
