Apricot Delight pairs apricot-pink petals with a pale center and deeper pink markings. The soft color feels right at home beside whites and blush tones, bringing a gentle start to the tulip season.
- Type: Darwin hybrid
- Bloom season: Early to mid-spring
Planting and care
Plant in fall in a sunny spot with well-drained soil. Set bulbs pointed end up, about two to three times their height deep, with at least twice their width between bulbs. Store bulbs in a cool, dry place until planting. Outdoor bloom timing varies with climate and weather.
For cutting, harvest when the bud shows color but has not fully opened.
